CHOOSE OFF MOUNTAIN ACCOMMODATION FOR YOUR SKI HOLIDAY AT MT BULLER
Snow is forecast all of this week on Mt Buller. Currently there is an average cover of 40cm on the mountain.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
With a further 18cm of fresh snow falling in the last 24 hours,
we’ve hit an average snow depth of 40cm. Overnight we saw the
temperatures drop to -2 as we head for a top of just 1 degree.
Snow is falling this morning, with more flakes expected later in the
week. The strong winds have continued to stick around and will
start easing off towards the weekend.
SKIING AND BOARDING CONDITIONS
With 18cm of fresh snow, skiers and boarders will find good conditions
on all open terrain. 5 lifts are expected to be turning, including Shakey
Knees and Wombat which are likely to begin operating later this
morning.
Fresh snow fall also means great conditions for snow play, so go make
your first snow angel because both Snow Play areas are open!
WHAT’S HAPPENING AROUND MT BULLER?
DISCOUNT LIFT TICKETS
If you’re planning on hitting the slopes today, lift ticket prices are
currently 50% off. Adults can ski or board from just $57 while kids can
grab one for just $32. If you don’t have your BTAG yet, you can pick
one up for $5 in the Village Ticket Office or Buller Sports Central, open
from 8.30am.
MT BULLER SKI & SNOWBOARD SCHOOL OPERATIONS
The Mt Buller Ski & Snowboard School is open for business and
offering a range of lessons. There are beginner lessons available for
adults and children who are keen to learn the art of skiing or
snowboarding. Private lessons are also on offer.
